Called this company on 7/15 to order this paticular basket.They said it was in stock and it would be shipped out within 2-3 business days. We received a E-Mail a week later,to let us know, it is on back order until 8/1. I contacted there customer service dept. on 8/3 to see if they had received the back order yet and she said she would look into it. We received a E-Mail from her later in the week saying that it is still on back order and estimated time in there warehouse would perhaps be on the 14th or so. Class of a company, such as this would be to offer us a different basket that IS in stock for a better price. Not a happy camper with this company.This basket is not for us, but for a House Warming Gift for a family member. Hope they make this right, or we won’t do business again with them, nor will we refer them to anyone else in the future.
