I am really not able to review the product because I had it shipped directly to the recipient. I have not seen it, nor do I know if it has even been used yet. The only thing I could contribute here is a phrase from their thank-you note: “It is perfect.” Sorry not to be of more help.

I agree, fleece is the best. Also, have you clieppd her nails lately? I know their nails tend to split if not trimmed regularly and those split nails are more likely to snag on their hammocks and other bedding. That hammock looks like a Super Pet brand, which I also use. I haven’t had any problems with any of my ferrets getting their nails stuck on them, which is why I brought up the nail trimming. Check her nails closely, do any of them look split? If so, clipping them will help solve your problem.
