2 out of the glasses arrived smashed and I had to replace them and basket slightly damaged. As its both costly and inconvenient to return to you I have replaced glasses but would suggest to sticking to plastic glasses or improve on the packaging of them. I specifically picked this basket because it contained real glasses but was so disappointed when they arrived broken. I remember reading somewhere that the shipping company take no responsibility for anything that is broken and hence I didn’t pursue the broken glasses with them or with you as I would imagine this would be a waste of time. Despite it being a great gift, I won’t be ordering another basket.
