When we first received the item we were pretty happy with it. It’s a nice size and it looks nice, although the retractable handle is a little flimsy feeling. However, after only 2-3 uses, it won’t stand up anymore. It brings a whole new meaning to “collapsible” cooler. It will have to be returned.
